We’re thrilled to offer new or existing members of key partner organizations an exciting incentive to join us at Walden Mutual and support our partner organizations.
What Is the incentive?
Walden will reimburse (as an account credit) the cost of partner organization membership fees for new partners that apply with a relevant promotional code and satisfy the promotion's requirements.
What are the promotion's requirements?
New partners must apply for their new Walden Mutual account online using the relevant promotion code. Spend Local, Save Local, Spend Local Business, and Spend Local Community accounts are eligible. The accounts must be funded within 30 days of opening with an initial deposit of greater than or equal to $100 (for personal accounts) or $1,000 (for Spend Local Business/Community accounts). New partners must then provide proof of membership in the partner organization.
After those requirements have been satisfied, the value of the fees paid for the membership will be issued as a one-time credit to their Walden Mutual account per these limits:
- Max $100 for opening and funding a new personal account
- Max $500 for opening and funding a new Spend Local Business/Community account
How long is the promotion available?
Unless otherwise stated, the promotion will run through December 31st, 2025.
HOW DO I GET RE-IMBURSED?
- Apply for your account on our website by clicking “Sign Up” in the upper righthand corner, and entering the relevant promo code when prompted.
- Once your account is approved and opened, fund the account with the required minimum (see requirements above).
- Between 30 and 60 days after your account is opened, you'll receive an email from partners@waldenmutual.com that will include instructions for providing proof of your partner organization membership.
- Once your membership is verified, you will receive a credit to your Walden Mutual account for the fee amount (max $100 for personal accounts, max $500 for Spend Local Business or Spend Local Community accounts).
Other Legal Notes
Failure by any eligible participant to satisfy any of the requirements laid out above within the promotion terms will result in ineligibility.
Multiple account opening offers cannot be combined.
We also reserve the right to exclude any participant from the promotion for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or if suspicious activities are observed. The bank also reserves the right to stop or make changes to the promotion at any time.
